Returns & Exchanges

Please follow instructions below:

1.  Please send photos of each bag(s) to support@luxeremi.com or txt it to 562-229-9300.  Be sure the entire bag fits within the photo frame

- photo of the front of the bag(s)

- photo of the back of the bag(s).

- photo of the invoice. If you don't have the invoice, send us the order number. If it is a partial return of multiple items on the order, please send the name of product, color, and length.

2.  Please send us the tracking number after you have shipped your return.  A photocopy of the receipt works too.
